Hello and Welcome...
Our Electronic Annual Reporting System is released for general use by California's
public water systems. This system is intended as the method by which annual water usage and contact
information is reported to the California Department of Public Health, Drinking Water Program. It
has been re-designed from the ground up over the use of last year's spreadsheet method; and it is
our project team's sincere hope that your reporting experience will be much, much easier.
Registration and Login are required before you may enter the system. For last year's
registrants on the DRINC Portal, please enter your User Name (email address) and click on Continue. If
you have not yet received an email from us with your new password, please click on Forgot Password? and your
new password will be emailed to you; your old Drinc Portal password will not work. Please take the opportunity to update your
profile before starting your report.
All others will require a new Registration. After filling out your user profile, you
will be emailed access instructions once your account has been reviewed and activated by your local
District Engineer.
For the majority of water systems that reported using last year's spreadsheet, you will be able to view and print the results of the
2009 Electronic Annual Report as we have incorporated it into this year's system. Other improvements include pre-filling
of fields with information we currently have on file, and the ability to save and return later to complete the editing before submitting
the completed report.
Of course we want to hear from you on how we can improve this service. Please contact us at
drinc@cdph.ca.gov for any questions or comments. Thank you for your cooperation in using this reporting system.
