Hello and Welcome...

Our Electronic Annual Reporting System is released for general use by California's public water systems. This system is intended as the method by which annual water usage and contact information is reported to the California Department of Public Health, Drinking Water Program.

Registration and Login are required before you may enter the system. For those who have previously registered on the DRINC Portal, please enter your User Name (email address) and click on Continue. If you do not remember your password, please click on Forgot Password? and a new password will be emailed to you.

All others will require a new Registration. After filling out your user profile, you will be emailed access instructions once your account has been reviewed and activated by your local District Engineer.
