to the Child Care Center Lead Sampling and Reporting Tool, which was released for internal use only by the California State Water Resources Control Board and the California Department of Social Services. This reporting tool is intended to be a method to share lead sampling data electronically to the Department of Social Services complying with the requirements of AB 2370, Chapter 676, Statutes of 2018 and Health and Safety Code section 1597.16 submitted to the Division of Drinking Water’s Water Quality Database by accredited laboratories.

Parents, Child Care Centers, and media: This tool is for state agency use only. Please refer to the California Department of Social Services website for information and water sampling guidance documents.
