The Child Care Center Lead Sampling and Reporting Tool is designed for use by California Department of Social Services employees. Registration on the portal allows access to lead sampling data for managing the implementation of the Child Care Center Lead Sampling Program required by California law. This system is not available to the public. Disclosable report information obtained via this system is available, however, through the Public Records Act.
An email will be sent to you once your account has been approved for access. For assistance, please contact the Application Administrator.
Since the registration process requires that your registration be manually approved, your registration will not be processed on weekends, holidays, or after business hours. Please plan accordingly.
