The State Water Board’s Division of Drinking Water (DDW) has moved the EAR Portal to the new website:
https://ear.waterboards.ca.gov/.
Please proceed once you have read the instructions on the new EAR Portal homepage. This portal will be maintained
as appropriate during the transition of all historical documents are moved. Please see the accessibility privileges
maintained in this Portal.

Our Electronic Annual Reporting (eAR) System is released for general use by California's public water systems.
This system is intended as the method by which annual water usage and contact information is reported to the
State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water (formerly the California Department of Public
Health, Drinking Water Program).
Registration is disabled on this portal. Please register in the new EAR Portal:
https://ear.waterboards.ca.gov/
