Lead Sampling in CA Schools

Hello and Welcome...

to the School Lead Sampling and Reporting Tool, which was released for general use by California's public water systems. This reporting tool is intended to be the method by which public water systems can report all K-12 schools served by their water system and to associate schools that have requested assistance from the water system to have their drinking water tested for lead sample site inventories. The reporting tool is also necessary so that sample results can be electronically submitted to the Division of Drinking Water's, Water Quality Database. Using this tool, each school sample site will be assigned a unique sample ID to be used for labeling each school lead sample.

Registration and Login are required before you may enter the system. For those water systems that are already registered with the Electronic Annual Report site, please enter your User Name (email address) and click on 'Continue'. If you do not remember your password, please click on Forgot Password? and a new password will be emailed to you.

All others will require a new Registration. After filling out your user profile, you will be emailed access instructions once your account has been reviewed and activated by your local District Engineer or Local Primacy Agency (your local County Environmental Health Program).
